Terms and conditions

The content on this website is for general information about MetaFox Technologies and our services. Prices shown are starting prices in INR, exclusive of GST, and may change; the price that applies to your project is the one in your written quote.

Every project is governed by a written proposal or service agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment milestones. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and started only after your approval.

Projects are billed in milestones, starting with an advance. GST is charged as applicable. Delayed payments may pause work and shift delivery timelines.

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you - design, source code and content - transfers to you. Until full payment, MetaFox retains ownership. Third-party software, themes, plugins and services remain subject to their own licences.

You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and approvals, and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you give us (logos, images, text).

We fix defects in our work free of charge for 30 days after launch. Ongoing maintenance, updates and support beyond that are provided under an AMC or on request.

MetaFox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, platforms) outside our control. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
