Project cancellations
You can cancel a project at any time by writing to info@metafoxtechnologies.com. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed in proportion to the agreed milestones. If you cancel before any work has started, the advance is refunded after deducting any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration or paid licences).
Monthly and annual services
SEO, digital marketing and AMC services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period. Fees for a period that has already started are not refundable. Ad budgets paid directly to Google or Meta are governed by their policies.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
